Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the content generated by Arxygen AIWrite before using or publishing it. The platform provides tools to assist users in content creation, but the final decision to use, modify, or publish the content rests entirely with the user. You acknowledge that Arxygen AIWrite does not provide legal, professional, or editorial advice regarding the content generated.
Arxygen AIWrite is provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The creators of Arxygen AIWrite make no claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the content generated.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arxygen AIWrite and its developers, owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to losses arising from the use or misuse of content generated by the platform, even if Arxygen AIWrite has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arxygen AIWrite, its creators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) that arise out of or in connection with your use of the platform or the content generated. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of defamation, copyright infringement, misinformation, or any other legal actions taken against you or your business as a result of publishing or using the content.
The content generated by Arxygen (our AI writing service) is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. It is the sole responsibility of YOU (the user) to verify the accuracy, validity, and appropriateness of the content before publishing or relying upon it. YOU (the user) must ensure compliance with any and all applicable laws, including those related to copyright, intellectual property, and other legal or regulatory requirements. We disclaim all liability for any inaccuracies, omissions, or potential infringements resulting from the use of any Arxygen services.
The AI-generated content produced by Arxygen AIWrite may be used by the user as per these Terms. Arxygen retains ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including any proprietary software, algorithms, and technologies used to generate the content. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the generated content for personal or commercial purposes.
Users agree to use Arxygen AIWrite only for lawful purposes and must not use the platform to generate or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. Arxygen AIWrite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who misuse the platform.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Country/State the app is used in. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
Arxygen AIWrite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice. Additionally, we may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including usernames and passwords. You agree to notify Arxygen AIWrite immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Arxygen AIWrite will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account, whether authorised or unauthorised.
Arxygen AIWrite is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. User data will be handled, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if applicable. While users have a limited, non-exclusive license to use the AI-generated content, all data input by users into Arxygen AIWrite remains their property. By using the platform, users grant Arxygen AIWrite a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use this data solely for the purpose of improving the platform's services, such as enhancing the AI algorithms. Arxygen AIWrite will not use user-provided data for any other purposes without explicit consent.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of any Arbitration Body. Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and not as a class or representative action. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Arxygen AIWrite and its developers, owners, employees, and affiliates shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the services rendered during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Under no circumstances will Arxygen AIWrite be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Arxygen AIWrite aims to provide reliable access to the platform but does not guarantee 100% uptime. There may be instances of scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen downtime. Arxygen AIWrite shall not be liable for any interruptions in service or any losses incurred as a result of service unavailability.
Arxygen AIWrite may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Users will be notified of any significant amendments via email or on-site notifications. Continued use of the platform after such amendments have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
